I’ve just been woken up by Liz who claimed that we’ve just had an earthquake. Apparently the place shook and there was a rumble noise. I happened to be shutting my window at the time I thought a gust of wind came through the open pane.

If it was an earthquake (or an explosion of some sort) then I’m sure I shall read about it in tomorrow’s press.

UPDATE: BBC News currently has the breaking news of tremors felt in West Midlands. I wonder if I was first on the Interwebs?

Anyone reading this might worry that my shiney theme has gone.

Well, as you can plainly see – it has. What you might not see is that I’m in the midst of attempting to build a theme from scratch.

So sit tight and you should hopefully see the new theme taking shape sooner rather than later.

Update: The site theme has finished. I’m still lulling over the width, thinking I may need to add some more padding to the right so that on smaller screens (such as my Eee) it doesn’t push the screen out.

I still like it (for now anyway) and hope that you all like it too.
